- Invasion of Privacy as a Tort: Does it exist? Is it covered? What is it worth?

- Pivacy Legislation in Litigation & Surveillance

- Libel & Slander in the E-age

- Internal Email - Who "owns" it? What can a business do with it? When can issues arising from internal
correspondence trigger an insurer's obligation to defend or idemnify?
