The ARC Group is proud to be formally associated with the Benefit Insurance Lawyers Group (B.I.L.G.) in Europe. B.I.L.G. is a structured group, which has been created by independent, dynamic and nationally well-established law firms, all specialised in Insurance and Reinsurance Law.
Each B.I.L.G. member, in its national jurisdiction, is considered to be a leading practice in dispute resolution (including all forms of litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution) as well as a leading practice in advising on regulatory issues and policy drafting.
Members are based in major commercial centres throughout Europe, where they act on behalf of the majority of the large national and international insurance and reinsurance companies, including Lloyd's. B.I.L.G. members - in their respective national jurisdictions - are mainly known as defendant insurance and reinsurance firms, but they also act for the self-insured and the major national and international insurance brokers.
